Angel is the co-leader of The Greater Washington DC (DMV) chapter of Strategic Links LLC. Under Hanaa Enterprise, Angel is actively investing in hotel acquisition deals while participating in hotel crowdfunding strategies. Angel is working closely with TLTsolutions on hotel deals throughout the US. She is also passionately bringing more minorities closer to becoming owners of actual hotels themselves.
Residential Real-Estate
For over 20 years, Angel has invested in residential real-estate as a wealth-building strategy focusing on long-term investments, flipping houses, and wholesaling. Her investments include 3 and 4 bedroom houses and multi-unit apartments throughout Philadelphia.
Cryptocurrency Investor & Governor
Angel is a self-taught stock market, real estate and cryptocurrency investor. In addition to investing heavily in various crypto coins, she has also taken a leadership role as Governor for GuapCoin, a black owned cryptocurrency.
